Return and Exchange Policies for Chaitanya Jewel:

At Chaitanya Jewel, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a purchase.

Please Note The units have been photographed under lights and the actual product may differ slightly when seen under normal lights, though we maintain the originality in the photographs to utmost extent. 

Therefore, we have established the following return and exchange policies:

Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Custom-made or personalized items are generally not eligible for return, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Timeframe for Returns:

  • We offer seamless exchanges and returns in case you don’t like the product. A return request must be made by Call/ Whatsapp on +91 8284990235 within 72 HOURS of DELIVERY of the order. The customer will be issued a replacement / refund/ store credit as per preference once the returned goods are received and verified at the Chaitanya Jewel warehouse. For prepaid orders, the refund would be in the source of payment and for COD orders, it would ONLY be in the bank account of the individual whose name is there in the billing details.Kindly note that only the amount of product is eligible for refund. Other fees like gift wrap charges, shipping charges, cash on delivery charges, custom duty etc are non refundable. 
  • After 72 Hours, we may not accept returns, unless the item is covered by a Buyback Guarantee or there is a Manufacturing Defect.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via phone Call/ Whatsapp on +91 8284990235 or email at jewellerychaitanya@gmail.com, providing your order details and the reason for the return. PLEASE DO NOT FORGET TO MENTION YOUR ORDER ID.
  • Our customer service representative will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RMA).

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe arrival of the returned item.

Refund:

  • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchange:

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, please contact our customer service team to discuss the exchange process.
  • The customer is responsible for any price differences between the original item and the item being exchanged for, as well as any associated shipping costs.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately.
  • We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Please note that these policies may be subject to change, and any updates or modifications will be clearly communicated on our website or through other appropriate channels. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the outlined criteria or are in violation of our policies.
